Quality：tres bonne

If you're looking for a reliable package supplier, look elsewhere. After ordering 100qty sample led box, the overall quality of the product was sub par.  The outside construction and led light was great.  However, the internal parts were terrible.  The battery and wires inside the box lining was not secured properly and freely moved causing box to make noise when moving which wilealead a customer's perception of cheapness and lack of quality control. I would understand if a couple of boxes were having this issue, but 53 out of 100 is unacceptable. That's 53%! Supplier did not take responsibility, but put the blame on me instead. If this was a great supplier, I was looking to order over 25k units of boxes this year, but no more. Update: Now supplier replying that I intended to scam them. Albaba actually refunded me that money and I have a history of spending a lot of money. If I was to scam, I would not request only 53 boxes that were damage.  Again you refuse to take responsibility.
